Why work with the Territory Boss?
A Realtor’s love for his or her territory and genuine aspirations in helping to fulfill the wishes and goals of clients are ideal components when it comes to the ease and satisfaction of the purchase or sale of one’s home. Kelly Loya will meet and exceed these expectations. A lifelong resident of Central New York, Kelly offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market as well as the area’s schools, services, and cultural and recreational activities.
My Process
1. Experience
Anyone can call themselves an agent but the proof is in the transaction. Handling a sale involves some very complicated components, both on the listing side and the buying side. You need a licensed sales agent who has been through these deals and knows what to expect before if even happens.
2. Market Knowledge
Your Real Estate Agent should be able to speak about the local market with fluency. They should be able to always give you an educated and thoughtful answer to almost any question
3. Negotiation Skills
Real Estate Transactions are complex and require refined negotiation skills. You’re hiring an agent to get you the best deal for your hard earned dollar. Your agent needs to have your back and work hard to get you what you want.
4. Testimonials
Check out my testimonials. You can find some on my web page, all over the internet, or ask me and I’ll supply references!
5. Community Affiliations
I stay busy and I stay informed, for you. I belong to the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Cicero Chamber of Commerce, and a few networking groups, which consist of like-minded and uplifting individuals. As a member of the GSAR Legislative Committee, I work hard represent the interest of Realtors in village, town, city, and county government concerns and to bring to light any real estate issues that affect my clients. I also volunteer my time to help different community organizations because I love my community and I believe everyone should give.
6. Sign & Close
Paperwork tedium will give way to terror if there’s an unexpected delay in financing or error in a title document. But you can avoid closing problems and delays, or at lease minimize them, by understanding what might go wrong and monitoring it well ahead of your closing date.
